                  玻璃隔断说明(内装 ) Description of glass partition (inside)

                  概述

                  1.1玻璃隔断按安装方式可分为点支式、框式和玻璃肋支撑结构。

                  1.2采用的玻璃可以是透明的,见图2-1;可以是非透明的,见图2-5;也可以是彩绘玻璃,见图2-2;也可采用U型玻璃,见图2-3和图2-4。

                  1.3 采用的形式可以是封闭的,如图2-1;也可以是开放式,如图2-2.

                  2  设计原则

                     室内玻璃隔断易受人体冲击,因此应采用安全玻璃,其最大许用面积应符合总说明表1的规定。根据玻璃厚度的不同,玻璃抗冲击能力也不同,玻璃越厚,抗冲击能力越强。

                  活动门玻璃、固定门玻璃和落地窗玻璃的选用应符合下列规定:

                  有框玻璃应使用符合总说明表1规定的安全玻璃。

                  无框玻璃应使用公称厚度不小于12mm的钢化玻璃。

                  室内隔断应使用安全玻璃,且最大使用面积应符合总说明表1的规定。

                  人群集中的公共场所和运动场所中装配的室内隔断玻璃应符合下列规定:

                  有框玻璃应使用符合总说明表1规定、且公称厚度不小于5mm的钢化玻璃或公称厚度不小于6.38mm的夹层玻璃。

                  无框玻璃应使用符合总说明表1规定、且公称厚度不小于10mm的钢化玻璃。

                  浴室用玻璃应符合下列规定:

                  淋浴隔断、浴缸隔断玻璃应使用符合总说明表1规定的安全玻璃。

                  浴室内无框玻璃应使用符合总说明表1的规定、且公称厚度不小于5mm的钢化玻璃。

                  透明玻璃隔断可采取在视线高度设醒目标志或设置护栏等防碰撞措施。

                  具有遮蔽功能的常用玻璃有彩绘玻璃、磨砂玻璃、内置百叶中空玻璃、U型玻璃等。

                  可采用单片玻璃、夹层玻璃和中空玻璃实现封闭式玻璃隔断的隔声性能,其隔声性能按表2-1分级,隔声性能见表2-2.

                   玻璃隔断设计要求

                  U型玻璃隔断设计要求:

                  U型玻璃隔断墙具有良好的透光性,背光面墙面产生漫放射光感,光线柔和;双排安装时还有较好的隔声与隔热效果,并可以重复利用,是一种节能环保的新型材料。

                  U型玻璃隔断墙长度大于6000mm,高度超过4500mm时,应核算墙身的稳定,采取相应措施。具体做法另详见工程设计或与厂家协商配合施工。

                  U型玻璃属不燃材料,如有特殊要求时,应按有关规范进行设计。

                  U型玻璃的主要性能:抗压强度700?900N/mm2,抗拉强度30?50N/mm2;隔声能力单排安装时为27dB(分贝),双排安装时为40dB(分贝);耐火极限为0.75h。

                  防火玻璃隔断门设计要求:防火玻璃隔断是由防火玻璃与钢型材框料组合而成的隔断。

                  本图集采用耐火等级为C类一级防火玻璃,防火玻璃可采用单片玻璃、夹层玻璃和中空玻璃。

                  单片防火玻璃厚度有6、8、10、12、15mm,根据使用要求将其合成夹层玻璃或中空玻璃。

                  An overview of the
                  1.1 the glass partition can be divided into point support type, frame type and glass rib support structure according to the installation method.

                  2 design principles
                  Indoor glass partition is easy to be impacted by the human body, so safety glass should be used, and its maximum allowable area should comply with the provisions of the general description table 1. According to the different thickness of glass, the impact resistance of glass is different, the thicker the glass, the stronger the impact resistance.
                  Movable door glass, fixed door glass and floor-to-ceiling window glass shall be selected in accordance with the following provisions:
                  Framed glass shall be safety glass as specified in table 1 of the general instructions.
                  Frameless glass shall be tempered glass with a nominal thickness of not less than 12mm.
                  Safety glass shall be used for indoor partitions and the maximum usable area shall comply with the provisions of table 1 of the general description.
                  The indoor partition glass assembled in public places and sports places where people gather shall meet the following requirements:
                  Framed glass shall be tempered glass with a nominal thickness of not less than 5mm or laminated glass with a nominal thickness of not less than 6.38mm as specified in table 1 of the general instructions.
                  Frameless glass shall be tempered glass with a nominal thickness of not less than 10mm as specified in table 1 of the general specification.
                  Bathroom glass shall meet the following requirements:
                  Shower partition, bath crock partition glass should use the safety glass that accords with regulation of total specification table 1.
                  The frameless glass in the bathroom shall be tempered glass with a nominal thickness of not less than 5mm in accordance with the provisions of table 1 of the general instructions.
                  Transparent glass partition can be adopted in the line of sight height set up eye-catching signs or set up guardrails and other anti-collision measures.
                  The commonly used glass that has shading function has glass of coloured drawing or pattern, ground glass, built-in louver hollow glass, U model glass to wait.
                  The sound insulation performance of enclosed glass partition can be achieved by using single glass, sandwich glass and insulating glass. The sound insulation performance is graded according to table 2-1, and the sound insulation performance is shown in table 2-2.

                  U-shaped glass partition design requirements:

                  Main properties of u-shaped glass: compressive strength 700 ~ 900N/mm2, tensile strength 30 ~ 50N/mm2; Sound insulation capacity is 27dB (db) for single row installation and 40dB (db) for double row installation; The fire resistance limit is 0.75h.
                  Fire glass partition door design requirements: fire glass partition is made of fire glass and steel frame material combination of the partition.
